Each year the top seven ranked 5 plus games players from the New Zealand Club rankings are invited to play in the New Zealand Club Championship. If any of the top seven ranked 5 plus games players cannot attend then the next highest ranked 5 plus games player is invited until a field of seven is chosen. It includes at least one player each region (Wellington, Hamilton, Auckland).
The Cup was named "After Brandon Clarke" who started the hobby up and running in 1998 and was donated by Will Black. |
